1. Image Ownership & Rights

Full ownership and intellectual property rights of all image files processed through Re-Sizefy belong entirely to the user. We do not store any files on a server, so there is no physical possibility of infringing on user rights.

2. Liability Limitation (Disclaimer)

This service is a free utility provided 'as-is' for browser-based processing. We make every effort to ensure algorithm accuracy, but we are not liable for minor quality degradation or data loss caused by unexpected browser errors. Always keep backups of your original files.

3. Fair Use Guidelines

• Commercial Use: Free and unlimited use for personal and commercial purposes.
• Prohibited Actions: Malicious traffic attacks against the service or unauthorized appropriation of the core engine code are prohibited.
