Contact Us
The fastest way to reach the Re-Sizefy team is email. Write to us at support@re-sizify.com — every message is read by a human, and we reply within 24 hours on business days.
What to write about
Bug reports
Tell us what went wrong in as much detail as you can: your browser and version (for example, Chrome 140 on Windows 11), the file type and approximate size you were working with, the exact steps you took, and what you expected versus what happened. If an error message appeared, copy it into the email. The more specific the report, the faster we can reproduce and fix it.
Feature suggestions
Re-Sizefy grows based on what users ask for. Describe the workflow you're trying to accomplish rather than just the button you want — for example, "I resize 200 real-estate photos every week and need them all at 1600px with a fixed quality setting." That context helps us design the right solution instead of the wrong shortcut.
Business inquiries
For partnership proposals, press, advertising questions, or licensing, use the same address with a clear subject line such as "Partnership:" or "Press:". Include who you are, what you're proposing, and a timeline.
What happens after you write
Your message goes straight to the team that builds and maintains Re-Sizefy — there is no outsourced support desk and no ticket queue that swallows emails. We read every message and reply personally, usually within 24 hours on business days. Bug reports are reproduced against the current build and prioritized by how many users they affect; confirmed fixes ship with the next deployment and we write back to let you know. Feature suggestions are logged with your use case attached, so even if we can't build something immediately, real workflows shape the roadmap.
Before you write
- Quick usage questions are often already answered in the FAQ and our step-by-step guides — a two-minute check there can save you a day of waiting.
- Re-Sizefy processes everything in your browser, so we cannot recover files you converted earlier — nothing was ever sent to us. If you lost a download, just run the conversion again.
- Include screenshots when something looks wrong visually. A picture of the problem is worth a paragraph of description, and it helps us reproduce layout issues on different screen sizes.
- We will never ask for your password, payment details, or the images themselves. Anyone emailing you asking for those is not us.
Privacy note
Your email address and message are used only to respond to your inquiry, as described in our privacy policy. We don't add you to any mailing list or share your details with third parties.
