Re-Sizefy ("we", "our") provides a free image resizing and conversion tool at re-sizify.com. We built the service around one simple principle: your images are yours. This policy explains what information the site does and does not collect, how cookies are used, and how third-party advertising works here.

Your images never leave your device

All image processing — resizing, format conversion, compression, watermarking, and effects — happens entirely inside your browser using the Canvas API. When you drag a photo into the tool, it is decoded, transformed, and re-encoded locally on your own computer or phone. No image file, thumbnail, or pixel data is uploaded to our servers, because we do not operate any server that receives images. There is nothing to intercept, store, or leak. Closing the tab erases the working copies from memory.

Information we do not collect

• We do not require accounts, so we collect no names, usernames, or passwords.
• We do not collect email addresses unless you contact us yourself (see below).
• We never receive, store, or analyze your images or their contents.
• We do not build profiles of users or track your resizing history.

Information we do collect

Like most websites, our hosting records basic technical data for security and reliability: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is kept in aggregate or short-term logs and is never linked to your images or used for profiling.

If you email us at support@re-sizify.com, we keep your message and address only as long as needed to answer your inquiry and improve the service. We never sell or share contact emails with third parties.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser cookies and local storage for a small set of functions: remembering your language and display preferences, and measuring basic, anonymized site usage so we can tell which guides people find useful. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the core image tools keep working, though some preferences will not persist between visits.

Third-party advertising

We display advertisements served by Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-1597708697176926) to keep Re-Sizefy free. Google uses cookies — including the Google advertising cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet. This is known as interest-based (personalized) advertising.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings. Data security

The site is served over HTTPS, and because your images are processed locally, there is no image database to breach. The limited technical data we do hold is protected with standard hosting-level safeguards.

Children's privacy

Re-Sizefy is a general-audience tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
